Hooked on Phonics

On August 30th, the Cornerstone Foundation was honored by Lt. Governor Pat Quinn and Hooked on Phonics.

Celebrating its 20th anniversary, Hooked on Phonics is traveling across the country in a 1,000 square foot school bus, a mobile classroom and hands on learning center engaging young people in the exploration of literacy and the joy of reading.

The HOP Across America Tour recognized the Cornerstone Foundation as a "Literacy Leader" and awarded us with $25,000 of Hooked on Phonics products.
